Use of all main Camp buildings (excluding the Todaro Leadership Center)
Use of the Waterfronts (Lifeguards will need to be hired if there is to be boating or swimming).

Optional A La Carte Services
$10 per person per meal if Camp prepares your meals
$40 per person if Camp prepares your wedding banquet
$35 per person per night for pre/post event accommodations. This price includes dinner, one night of lodging and a continental breakfast
$10 per load if you require additional firewood other than what has been allotted to your group
$500 per day to rent the Camp Kitchen (includes ovens, grills, warmers, refrigerators, freezers, ice machine, utensils, pans, dishwasher, etc.)
$350 to rent our White Corelle no chip dishware, water glasses, wine glasses and silverware
$65+ fee per staff member/per hour if hired to run activities (see Programming Chart for more details on activities run by camp staff).
$1000 Clean up Fee to clean reception site, cabins, and camp grounds if you choose not to.
Wedding rental policies
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date.
One month prior to your wedding another non-refundable 25% of your balance is due.
Upon arrival to Camp the remaining %50 of your balance is due.
Your group is responsible for covering the cost of at least 90% of the estimated number of attendees the month prior to your wedding. EX: if by a month before your wedding, you tell your event coordinator that 100 people will be eating meals at and staying at camp and then 20 people do not come, your group is responsible for paying for those 20 who withdrew their RSVPs.
Outside caterers are welcome for any or all meals.
Please plan on making arrangements for your own wedding cake and linens.
