Customer Service Training In Action
At Training, Inc., Customer Service training is live, hands-on, demanding, and fun. Using our Call Center Training Lab, trainees are on phones and head-sets, receiving real calls and entering “orders” into the computer. We are proud to be the only program in Boston offering this kind of training.
Our Volunteer "Customers"
Dozens of volunteers are making the phone calls for the Customer Service training. Calling from home or work, alone or part of a team, the volunteers all report that they love the opportunity to help at a time and schedule that works for them. Interested?
