Visitor Policy

Please understand that our primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of our camp family and maintain the integrity of our ongoing programs and activities.

We ask for your cooperation in several areas:

  • Please sign in at the Barstow Lodge, camp office, and obtain a badge to be worn during your stay on camp property.
  • Leave your car keys. They will be returned upon signing out of camp.
  • Only use designated bathroom facilities (Barstow Lodge, Roehrig Center, Great Hall, MacGregor Hall, Founders’ Lodge).
  • Entrance to all living quarters is strictly prohibited unless accompanied by a designated staff member.
  • If you would like to stay for a meal, please ask.
  • Staff will provide tours of the camps. Please call ahead.
  • Overnight visits while camp is in session are strictly prohibited.
  • Please adhere to all guidelines (visiting hours are 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, and
    1:00 pm - 5:00 pm).

Please remember that staff members are responsible for the health and safety of their campers. Please do not interfere with staff performing their job functions. If you are interested in becoming a regular volunteer, please inquire at the Barstow Lodge.
